Tds mismatch

26 November 2012 Dear Sir,
In several cases of AY 2012-13 of my clients, refund was awaited, however I received an intimation of tds mismatch. Suppose I claimed tds of Rs. 75000/-, which is also reflecting in form 26as with f (final), whereas in intimation they are stating that matched amount is only Rs. 68000/-.
I contacted at cpc call center, and they told me, not to give attention on such mails.
Same case has been happened with my several clients.

Now please advise me.

26 November 2012 If you have received an Intimation u/s 143(1), then put up application of rectification u/s 154 (Online).

26 November 2012 you cannot do anything then. Just call the CPC center and ask them to send you an intimation. Because we can rectify that only.
