12 November 2009 my clients total bill amount is Rs. 22060 including service tax @ 10.30%, what amount on tds deducted from party please relpy

12 November 2009 Deduct the tds on gross amount i.e. on 22060/-.

Only in case of rent paid for property, TDS to be deducted on net amount i.e. excluding service tax.
