03 March 2014 If one time payment of Rent is Rs. 90000 but not exceeding of whole F.Y. Rs. 180000. In this situation Is TDS liability Deduct.

03 March 2014 TDS u/s 194-I is required to be deducted only if the ANNUAL amount exceeds Rs. 1.8 lakhs.

Since the annual amount DOES NOT exceed Rs. 1.8 lakhs, TDS is NOT required to be deducted.
