HERE IS A QUARRY ON TDS - A PARTNERSHIP FIRM IS ENGAGED IN LAND AND COLONY DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS . FIRM HAS GIVEN CONTRACT TO ONE OF THE WORKING PARTNER OF FIRM OF ROAD DEVELOPMENT . THEN THERE IS ANY TDS LIABILITY OF FIRM TOWARDS PARTNER ...PLS REPLY
