OUR COMPANY HAS PURCHASED A SOFTWARE FROM INDIA. SOFTWARES INSTALLATION IS TO BE DONE BY SRI-LANKAN COMPANIES PROFESSIONALS.
OUR COMPANY IS AN INDIAN COMPANY. SO PLS SUGGEST IF WE ARE PAYING $ 21744.1 AS "APPLICATION IMPLEMENTAION FEES" SO IS THERE ANY LIABILITY TO DEDUCT TDS IS APPLICABLE TO US IF YES THAN PLS SUGGEST UNDER WHICH SECTION
