Dear All,
A truck union running there business with 500+ trucks, but it is not owner of these trucks. Truck owner is giving us declaration that he/she have no trucks more than 10.
What is our liability regarding TDS !

Dear sanjeev,
in case of person not having more than 10 trucks no tds liablity is imposed.
As unions take truck on hire and does not cover in TDS liablity.
