dear all
mr. A, individual is working for us by prvoviding services related to furnishing, installing, fabrication etc for our new building.
he will provide us bill mentioning materials and labour consolidated.
at which rate we are liable to deduct tds? under which section?

TDS is deducted at rate of 1% u/s 194C of IT act
