i am abc and i am operating my business with the name of abc services and i am propritor of my firm . i have given my some work on sub contract . in this case will i liabel for tds deduction and deposit the tds . as per my knowledge individual will not liable for tds deduction .

If u were liable for audit u/s 44AB in last year i. e. F. Y. 2009 - 10 then TDS deductible otherwise not.
