how much interest on tds of march 2016 amount of tds 15793/- if I make payment on dated 05/05/2016

Interest is levied @ 1.5% per month or part of month from the date of deduction till the date of its actual deposition. So in your case interest will be levied for three months i.e. from march to may 2016. Thus total interest will be 4.5%.
