Tds is deducted or not on saving bank interest

saving bank interest is included or not in the meaning of interest according to section section 194 A interest meaning ....
if interest from saving bank a/c is more then 10000 rs. then TDs is deducted or not on such interest .

Bank ill deduct tax if the intetest frm saving bank account is more than 10000.

The interest earned on savings account is exempted from TDS under Section 194A of Income Tax Act i.e No TDS is deducted on interest from saving account.
