I have give the commission to Gymkhana and i deducting the tds. query is that tds applicable or not for catering service business

09 January 2014 If the payment is in the nature of commission then if amount exceeds Rs 5000/- then you have to deduct TDS @ 10 % irrespective of the nature of business the receiver of the income is having ......
