TDS interest for delay in remittance 2010

Hi,
If tds is deducted in March 10 and is to be remitted in August 2010(whether int is at 1% from march 10 to Jun 10 and 1.5% for jul and aug
or
1.5% from march to aug 10)
Pls clarify

1 % for march to June,10
1.5 % for July to aug,10

In additon to that, Interest need to calculate from the date of deduction to the date of payment
