If a i am employee,, i am taking my salary after deduction of TDS and i am also paying income tax... is there any co-relation between them... plz provide me all information with example.

If you do not have other then salary income then no need to pay income tax from your own pocket. This is employer's liability to pay TDS after deducting TDS from your salary. There is no co-relation between TDS payment and TAx paying by yourself for Salary income.
