16 May 2013 Are TDS provisions applicable to trust...i.e are they required to deduct TDS to vendors as well as employee salary?

16 May 2013 yes tds provisions are applicable to the trust.
Trust are liable to deduct TDS whenever they made any payment where TDS has to be deducted.
