05 June 2009 Form No. 16 A for TDS on contractor U/s 194 C for F.Y. 2008-09 has been issued quarterly. i.e. total 4 Form No. 16 A has been issued to each deductee for F.Y. 2008-09.
Is this attracts any penalty?

05 June 2009 we can issue form 16a as per following way;

- per transactionwise
- monthly
- qtr'ly
- half years
- yearly.

As you have issued form 16a qtrlu, there will be no penalty for that.

I assume you have issue that after filling tds return of pertaining qtr.
