28 June 2008 We have deposit our tds month of Mar-08 in may-08 and file e tds return in June-08.

Please confirm can we issue form 16A of any date of June-08 month.

30 June 2008 In form 16A, acknowledgment no of the TDS return file is required to be mentioned . So TDS certificate will issue only after filing the return
