Tds for fixed employee

hi all senior,
our company appoint 18 month contract employee and they got 12000000 PA how can i deduct in his income. can i treat those as employee, if yes than what is the rate at which section applicable. please help me.

The simplest way to comply with the situation is to deduct tax u/s 194J for Professional/Tech Services.
It will not fall u/s 192 of the Act
