TDS for Bore well accessories wrongly deducted and remitted

28 April 2010 Bore well fitting charges and accessories charges are charged single bill for Rs50,000/-. I deducted TDS 1% as per for the above and remitted into bank.
Now, should I claim the amount? or pay to the party?
