23 December 2009 Assesses has paid TDS for the month of January and February in the month of April for the a.y.2007-08 , now A.O wants to disallowed entire expenditure, It’s is possible ? and any remedies?

23 December 2009 The AO is right. The payment should have been made within 31.03.2007.

The disallowed expenses will be allowed in the next AY.

23 December 2009 agree and note that when you deducte tds you have to deposited on before next month 7 date.or in case on 31 march then you have to deposit before 31st may.
