what to do if some of the pan no is not available for the deductees the deductees have not applied for the pan only now how to file plz help me out

IF PAN is not available then deduct 20% TDS.

yes, deduct 20% TDS and write in PAN Bracket as PANNOTAVBL

ok but is it applicable for all sec of tds because act says if it is transport then tds should not be deducted if pan is not disclosed

if we talk about transportation there is a rules amend..that if transportor pan then no need to deduct tds but if not given then deduct 20%. but the other sec. remains as usual 30000 payment basis & 75000 acrual basis.
