During the year 2007-08, Rs.27800/- excess tds remitted to Govt.

what is the procedure of claim refund.

04 February 2008 Try to adjust in the same quarter if possible.

Else you may adjust in suceeding month, however you will need support from your ETDS software provider, since same instrument if repeated twice will throw an error while compiling your quarterly return.

Its possible but seek the support as advised.
