I have Prop. Firm Its turn over is exceed of rs. 40 lakh i am liable for tds deduction ? and its payment made by e-payment its compulsory for me.

If your turnover of the last preceeding year is exceeding Rs. 40 lacs then you are liable for TDS. If this is the first year in which the turnover exceeded Rs. 40 lacs then there is no need to deduct TDS. The payment of TDS is compulsory by way of e-payment.
