08 July 2011 The co have to pay price rebate on account of export sales made to Poland for the period 01/04/2010 to 31/03/2011.Wether we have to deduct tax? Is ther any DTAA??

09 July 2011 The percentage of rebate is restricted under FEMA.

Also there should be no TDS requirement if the foreign party doesn;t have PE in India
