Tds deposit by a 3rd party

06 June 2014 Dear Seniors,

Can a TDS liability for a particular month of ABC Co. Ltd. make deposit by a third party (Any individual, any Company & any group Company) from their bank account. If yes, is it attract any problem from any point of view.

07 June 2014 if tds deduction liability in yours then you have to deduct the tax and deposit the same with in time as per law.

otherwise your exp. not allowed.
