tds deduction u/s 194c

22 April 2011 Dear sir,


if we have deducted tds in one bill due to its value exceeding 20,000 ,whether it is necessary to deduct tds on all bills despite of the fact that the bills are of small amount and the yearly transaction doesnt reach rs50000/75000.

22 April 2011 if yearly transaction does not reach exceed rs. 75000 and single bill value not more than rs 30000 then no need to deduct tds
