16 November 2009 MY VAT PURCHASE INVOICES FOR SOFTWARE GOODS ARE ALSO CARRYING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE SERVICES TAX (SERVICETAX CHARGED IN THE SAME INVOICE ) .
SHOULD TDS BE DEDUCTED WHILE PAYMENT IS BEING GIVEN TO SUPPLIER AS A CONTRACTOR
