Dear Experts, Please help me, We are carrying on a business as a sole Trader and we are not liable for tax audit as our gross sale is not exceeding the limit and paying specified payments on which TDS is applicable in income tax law . Now I want to ask we are liable to deduct tds or not. Please reply early.
