Tds deduction against fabrication of car body

27 April 2012 Can anybody advise me regarding the followings :

1) Could I deduct TDS from the payment made for Fabrication of Car Body @ 2%

2) Can I deduct TDS from the payment made for Car hire Charge @ 2%

27 April 2012 IF YOUR BILLS IS MORE THAN RS. 30000/- THAN YOU CAN DEDUCT THE SAME .

IF YOUR CAR HIRING CHARGES IS MORE THAN RS. 30000 IN SINGLE PAY OR YEARLY MORE THAN 75000/- THAN YOU CAN DEDUCT THE SAME
