When we had deducted the TDS amount the amount is coming Rs. 90.20, then it is mandatory to deduct the amount in round figure e.g. Rs. 91/- as per Income tax or we will be deduct Rs. 90.20?? or any other figur Rs. 75.60 which amount we have to deduct.

You can deduct Rs. 90/- i.e. the nearest integer. But will you please explain the logic of Rs. 75.60. How did you arrive at such odd amount.???
