Kindly let me know if any person is carrying on any business or profession and he is not liable to get his accounts audited U/S 44AB, whether that person is liable to deduct TDS?

06 January 2016 kindly read sections related to TDS. each section provide the exemption available for the individuals. However, the link is not been the liability of the year with the corresponding tax audit liability for the same year but with the turnover of the preceding year.
