TDS will be deduct on salary on due basis or when actual salary is paid to employee ???
please give me example also.

TDS is deducted on Salary on due basis, however TDS has to be deducted on the Advance Salary also.

To understand this, Salary for the month of March 2015 becomes due on 31.03.2015. But salary has been paid on 01.04.2015. In such a case TDS on salary will be deducted on 31.03.2015 itself.
