23 October 2012 My contractor submit more the one pan number against his work for a payment put he submit only one bill with enclosing service tax

so plz tel me is it right

23 October 2012 No....you should clear from him which one is correct, having multiple PAN cards for single assessee attract a fine of Rs 10000.
