Tds deduction

06 September 2012 I deduct TDS 10000/- from rent paid 100000/- every month but last three months I did not paid rent now paying three months rent 300000/- and deducting 30000/- My question is, Should I have deposited the TDS on monthly basis?

06 September 2012 its better for you deposit TDS on monthly basis along with interest on delay in deposit of TDS.
