tds deduction???????

02 May 2011 If Pan Copy is available of transporter so we will deduct the TDS on freight chg of that transporter?

02 May 2011 my point of view.., No, Freight is expenses, TDS Only on Fee Related., yes, i agree with gupda, just now i find

02 May 2011 If Transporter provide their PAN TDS is not required to be deducted. (w.e.f 01.10.2009)
