Is tds deductible on reimbursement of custom duty which is not included in contract price?

No. tds is not applicable on reimbursement of custom duty

You are talking about TDS so I am taking this as CHA service bill.
if custom duty is included in bill in which CHA charged services then TDS will be deducted.
But if custom duty is separately charged then no TDS applicable as it is reimbursement.
