28 June 2013 Sir, i have debited tds amount under wrong Tan Number through net during the year 2010-2011and filed return for the same year.Now TDS Section is demanding from me a amount of short deduction.

please tell me that How it can be rectified challan two year old.

28 June 2013 you need to check the whose TAN number and collect the non claim certificate from them. incase invalid TAN, give the request to A.O. to correct the challan
