21 February 2019 Dear Folks,

whether tds to be deducted at the time of making payment to Government organisation or Public sector co.(not govt co.) ?

21 February 2019 TDS is required to be deducted at the time of making paymen by
A department or an establishment of the Central Government or State Government; or
Local authority; or
Governmental agencies; or
Such persons or category of persons as may be notified by the Government.

to govt. organization or public sector company as per the notification issued on 13th September 2018

hence tds is to deducted
