08 January 2019 We paid as a daily labour of Rs. 103000.00 in 7 installment to a labour, but he has no Pan card, What should we do?

08 January 2019 If you treat as wages tds not completely, if you pay as labour contract TDS applicable for above payment @1%, if. PAN Not available you have to deduct @20%. .
