Tds deduct u/s 194c now how can i get refund

i am working for a company and my payment comes under others than salary.company deduct my tds @1% u/s 194c.my total income is 177000.i have fdr int on which bank deduct TDS RS 10849.HOW CAN I CLAIM FOR refund and how much refund i will get?

30 June 2015 you can file the ITR-4 and show the contract as business income and interest income and claim the income tax excess paid as refund
