Dear All,
Is the Office Premises Maintainance charges subject to TDS. If yes, under what head and at what rate?
Also, let me know whether generator maintainence charges which is a variable expense which is dependent on units used, chargeable to TDS? If so, at what rate?

Both the payments comes under the provisions of Section 194C of the Income Tax Act,1961.
