29 January 2014 If company deducted TDS of an individual then what will be the major head 0020 or 0021 ?

29 January 2014 dear friend, the major head is based on the deductor and not on the deductee...so company always has to deduct under 0020

16 April 2014 if you co. deducte tax then in challan you have opetion deductee in non- company deductee 0021 will be select.
