Pls guide me, what is the difference between 280 and 281 TDS Challan ?

17 May 2013 Challan 280 is used for remitting the Income-Tax. Whereas Challan 281 is used for remitting the TDS and TCS

17 May 2013 Challan 280 is applicable for payment of self assessment income tax

Challan 281 for tds/tds payment to govt.
