respected sir
one of my client is a small contractor he does a some work to the AP grampanchayat the contract price is 4lakhs but he received only 3.6lakhs remaining 0.4lakhs cut off as a tds but he does not get a tds certificate can u please give me advice where he can get the tds certificate
