please suggest me about the below TDS calculation. (U/S 194C)- for a Pvt. ltd. Co.
Advance payment on 21/07/2014 - 12000
Advance payment on 13/08/2014 - 21000
Bill received on 02/09/2014 - Rs. 56000
What amount of TDS Should I paid for the month of September If I Paid the TDS on Advance payment.
(please Suggest me )

only on the net amount. ie deduct TDS at 2% on Rs 23000/-
