Please anyone tell me when we got a Bill from Building association for Building Maintenance & Car Parking & Association is chargeing Service Tax on it...so can we will deduct TDS on it as per 194C or not.
Kindly provide also link the refernce of any case or IT notice

TDS to be deducted u/s 194C on amount inclusive of service tax.

Thanks....Can u suggest me some refrence circular on it by income tax ,where the detail is mention where we have to deduct or where not.
