13 April 2015 Dear Experts,

Our one party deducted TDS & challan copy given us but he not filing return , so we could not avail the benefit of this in 26AS.

Please reply with action taken on the same to avail TDS benefit legally.???

13 April 2015 You may contact your Assessing Officer -TDS for getting this done.
There is a system of correction of TDS challans, however, you can not correct the TAN. For this, only your A.O can help.
