dear all,
1 co. is in receipt of power subsidy , subsidy on lease rentals from say govt and also certain reimbursement like stamp duty , patent filing fees, exhibition stall rental are given .. whether TDs need to be deducted for these paymentss u/ whcih section & rate applicable.

TDS not applicable to govt. if you are paying money to private sector the TDS applicable under sec 194C. contract.
