We are manufacturers and exporter. we got an order from Turkey through our foreign agent located in UAE. So my agent of UAE is demanding 5% commission against our export to Turkey..... So TDS is applicable or not on Agent ? And if Yes- What is the rate to be deducted? And if No- Reasons...?
