I have formed a sole proprietorship firm in the month of June'2014 and as per my sale proceeds we have crossed the turnover of 1cr. so are we liable for TDS deduction and submit on behalf of our vendors?

no this year u r not liable to deduct tax but next yr u will have so to do ven if turnover or next yr is less than 1 Cr
