18 January 2015 we are taking utensils on rent for factory canteen. TDS is applicable on that or not?

18 January 2015 U/s 194I(a) , TDS @2% has to be deducted for the use of plant, machinery or equipments. Utensils are treated as plant. If the rent exceeds 1.80 lacs in a year tax has to be deducted at the above rate.
